Eligible beta users receive a one-time $50 credit (the “Bonus”) added to their EdHyve wallet. The Bonus can be used toward any service available on EdHyve.
After joining the EdHyve waitlist, you will receive a link to book a free 30-minute consultation with an EdHyve advisor. The Bonus is added to your EdHyve wallet when you create an EdHyve account, either by booking a service or through regular sign-up. Joining the waitlist or booking the free consultation alone does not add the Bonus. It is added when your account is created.
The Bonus is available once per user account. It cannot be claimed more than once, including by creating additional accounts.
The Bonus can be applied toward the cost of any service, whether it is your first, second or a later booking. If a service costs more than your available wallet balance, you pay the difference. If it costs less than your balance, the remaining balance stays in your wallet for future bookings.
The Bonus is wallet credit, not cash. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged for cash or applied to another person’s account.
The Bonus does not expire.
If a booking paid for in whole or in part with the Bonus is cancelled or refunded, the Bonus portion is returned to your wallet as credit, never as cash. Refunds are otherwise handled under EdHyve’s Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Policy.
Children under 13 cannot create an EdHyve account on their own. A parent or legal guardian creates and manages the account, books services and makes payments, and the Bonus is added to that account’s wallet. Users aged 13 to 17 may use EdHyve with parent or guardian supervision where required by law. By creating an account for or on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms. EdHyve may withhold, remove, or reverse the Bonus if we reasonably believe it was obtained through misuse, including duplicate or false accounts or other attempts to claim it more than once.
EdHyve may change or end this offer at any time. Changes will not remove a Bonus that has already been added to your wallet.
